I always have ridges on my nails .. is it a deficeincy or sumthing? Or is it just me ?! Because i would like to know how to prevent them !!

it means that you just have thin nails
dont worry about it, a lot of people have thin nails like yours with ridges
try putting on a clear coat of nail polish, it thickens them and gets rid
of some of the ridges
dont worry i hate them too, but im pretty sure its because you dont get enough calcium.
